Language

The official language of the Conference is English.

Registration

All participants must submit a completed registration form (online), which will be open from 12th October 2018 onwards.

Time Zone

Pune uses Indian Standard Time in November (IST).

Meals

Breakfast, lunch , dinner and Tea/Coffee included in the registration fees.

Please check with your national Embassy if you require a visa.

You can get to Pune via Lohegaon International Airport (PNQ) which offers direct flights to and from Los Angeles, Washington, New York, San Francisco, Sydney, Madrid, Brussels, Bangkok, London, Frankfurt, Taipei, and Seoul; 3 major airline operators (Luftahansa, Air India and Jet Airways) connect Pune to International Airports and All Indian cities.

You can also get to Pune via Chattrapati Shivaji International Airport Mumbai (BOM). With its 45 airline operators, Mumbai is well connected to all the major cities across the world. From Mumbai, you can either book a connecting flight till Pune, or opt to travel by Road, or by Train. It takes about 3-3.5 hours via road or train to reach Pune from Mumbai.

Hired Cabs to Pune are available at all times from Mumbai airport. Alternatively, you can take a local taxi till Dadar (Mumbai) and take the state transport buses (MSRTC) till Pune. Trains to Pune are also available at frequent intervals from Dadar railway station,Mumbai. Train and Bus tickets can be booked online at all times.
