The Department of Instrumentation Science, School of Energy Studies and Skill Development Centre, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune cordially invites you to participate in the National Workshop on Multifunctional Materials and Instrumentation for Emerging Applications 2020, scheduled to be organized during January 16th – 18th, 2020.
MMIEA-2020 is intended to provide an active common platform for knowledge
dissemination and sharing for researchers, academicians, practitioners and
industrialists across the nation working in the native and interdisciplinary
fields of Instrumentation, Energy Storage, Battery Technologies, Renewable
Energy, Nanotechnology, Micro-electromechanical systems, smart sensors etc.
MMIEA-2020 is the National Level workshop Sponsored by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)
under the “Quality Improvement Program (QIP)” of SPPU for the year 2019-20.
It will bring scientist and technology developers in the field of micro and nano domains on one platform to disseminate and discuss the challenges in these science and technology domains. These presumably will be dominating new frontiers of technology deployed to solve the extraordinary future challenges of food, energy, water, healthcare and environment. The emerging technologies, indispensable for developing adaptable man-machine interface, and intelligent instrumentation are going to bring technical revolution in all prevailing science and engineering fields. The sharing of knowledge and dissemination of state of art is the need and key to efficient and optimal advancement in these areas.
MMIEA-2020 provides an interdisciplinary platform to present and discuss your research contributions. The main aspect of the workshop will be lectures and demonstrations from the eminent experts and industry experts in the field of emerging materials applications for instrumentation, energy storage, and renewable energy sector. We welcome abstracts from the participants who wish to present their research in the form of short oral presentation or poster presentation. The main areas of the research related to theme including the following but not limited to:
