About IDIP-2021
On the eve of evolving pathophysiological complexities of infectious diseases, viz., COVID-19, there exists a need to exchange knowledge from diverse areas of infectious diseases. The conference would feature a diverse range of session ranging from different infectious diseases, the immunological aspects and how these studies can be translated to understand, manage and prevent re-emerging and novel infectious diseases (like COVID19) globally. The conference will be themed around innovation, implementation, global networking and career development, wherein we would be inviting a range of specialists from basic researchers, to clinicians and industry professionals to the meeting from different parts of the world to exchange knowledge, create new ideas and foster important collaborations. A special session would be focussed on the current pandemic situation caused by Sars-Cov2 and its management. The talks will be divided into keynote presentations, oral talks, blurb presentations by students and post-doctoral candidates, and poster presentations. The students in the department (both M.Sc. and PhD) as well as from different departments in campus and across the country would be able to participate owing to the online nature of the meeting.
