Guidelines for Paper Presentation

  1. Each Participant should get registered themselves and get Identity Card of the Conference before Inaugural Function.(09:30am)

  2. Participant should submit their PPT (Pen Drive) with Serial Number, Name and Title of the Paper as per above list of papers to the Volunteer at Registration Desk Before Inaugural Function starts (10:00 am).

  3. Each Participant will get 10 minutes for paper presentation.

  4. Presentations will be held at respective Hall/Classroom as per given time slot.(Kindly check your abstract serial number below for hall and time).

  5. Presentation will be in Power Point Presentation or Paper Reading.

  6. Paper presentation will be held as per the serial number of the paper in the abstract book.

  7. Time extension or time slot exchange will not be entertained at any circumstances.

  8. Online Participants will get link for the presentation on given email address and should be ready with their presentations as per their schedule.
